PSOne A/V Pinout

I am doing a direct feed between my PS mobo and the screen mobo to save space in my portible... anyways, I was looking up on pinouts to see if there was anything I need and I came across the ones on gamesx.com and it sais I need a 220uf capacitor on the RGB lines, is that the lines inbetween the PSmobo and the Screenmobo and I just slap em in there? Sorry for my lack technical nohow but i'm still relitivly new to all this

Between the psone and the psone lcd you shouldn't need any capacitor.
