Most of these forums have died out, it's really disappointing. The only one going strong these days is Bacteria's site.

That's a matter of opinion. Just because there are posts made there doesn't mean any of them are actually useful. Most stuff that's posted there is useless spam. Including 99% of Bacteria's posts. There are a few cool modders that hang there still though and are semi active. Hailraizer and Downing come to mind.

I agree though, as far as actually modding and getting stuff done goes there are very few people still actively posting interesting stuff on any of the "portablizing" forums. Bummer.
