Dreamcast is giving problems..

I just got a dreamcast and this hasn't happened until I put my first emulator disk in today. I put it in, it had trouble reading it but finally did. Then I put the official copy of Shenmue in and while playing it, it goes back to the main menu and reads the disk again, and is doing this with every game.

Is there a way to fix this?
