Where can I buy this dreamcast?

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

Where exactly is a place where I can buy a dreamcast that supports emulators with the 0 or 1 on the back?

ALL Dreamcast consoles can play burned media, whether it's homebrew, "backups" or emulators. crap media, bad burning technique, and rampant "if it's on the internet it must be true" mentality have led people to incorrectly believe otherwise.
