Composite to LCD

Hey I have no clue where to start with an LCD panel, I've only ever done computer work so this is a bit above me. Hopefully you guys can help me out anyway though.

So basically the specs I know are as follows:
connectivity: 30 pin flat ribbon pcb
model: crap Panasonic LTA070A251A
color: Panchromatic
contrast: 300:1 (Typ.)
response time: 11/22 (Typ.) (Tr / Td) (ms)
screen size: 7 (inches)
brightness: 0 cd/m2
resolution: 480 (RGB) × 234

So if you can help that'd be great because I'd like it to have some sort of use.

edit: if the title isn't obvious enough, I want to have a yellow composite jack as the new input.

Basically, throw this out and grab a proper screen with a controller that takes in composite video. You can't just connect some wires together to get this to take composite, and buying a separate controller to be able to use it sounds like a poor decision when you describe it as being 'crap'.
