Mega Drive issue!!!

Hey, I've hooked a megadrive up to my Bush digital TV and whilst it works for a while, after a bit it continuously shifts from AV2/scart function to the normal tv function and back. its like the aerial is overriding it but then it goes back to AV2 after less than a second. i unplugged the aerial but it still does it. is there a way i can fix this?!

I seem to recall there's a voltage in one of the Scart pins, that tells the tv to switch the channel. Not sure if sudden lack of that voltage would turn the channel back to what it was before. An Amiga Scart I build recently had such. Is it allways AV/normal tv? If you switch the tv to, say, HDMI/Component/AV1 before, then switch the MD on, will it switch with that? If so, I'd wager it's a bad solder on the pin in question. Let's see...

I used this diagram for aforementioned Miggyscart. Works fine, and does the switch. Seems to be pin 8, 12 volts.
