360 VGA breakout box question

Built a breakout box today and it seems to be working fine aside from the digital audio out. I only get sound out of it when the switch is set to VGA, which isn't the way it worked before I busted the cable apart. Did I miss a connection? It works fine when it does work. If I remember correctly there was a wire on the plug going straight from pin 24 to 26, does that seem right?

i took apart and rewired my vga cable aswell. Mine didnt work either and then I connected the little optical/digital audio out board and it worked fine. If you can remeber how to connect that, do it and it should work. If not then i may be able to give you pin-outs when i get home (tomorrow). Its strange how it doesn't work without the little audio board, but i had to connect it to make mine work, i think the newer xbox's requite it to be on.
