Bought a PSP faceplate from him. A few minor scratches, but it's far better than the faceplate it's replacing - and I can't really complain for the price. Arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Next-to-zero contact time - the whole transaction, including payment, was settled by PM in less than one hour.
