Buy a SnesP

Post by asr10 » Sat Mar 19, 2011 4:24 pm

Hi, I love retro gaming but i have no time to invest in any project outside my everyday work, so was wondering if any experienced member could build one for me.

I know i am new user asking for something that cost work and money, so if any of you are interested and are more or less known members of this community, i would accept to give some cash in advance as sign of goodwill, no problem with that.

A PAL system is required. Sweet would be PSOne screen and a nice case. As i don't know about the circuitery or building details, i add that i want to use it along with my Tototek reprogrammable cartridge (PAL).

Can afford 400-450$ for that matter and i reside in Spain. Thank you in advance.

Only problem with that is the 3.5" screen. PSone screen is 5" and a lot better image quality from what i've heard.

the 3.5" screen in the FC16 go is actually pretty decent, its what i'm using in my SuperBoy(aka gbosnes) personally i'm not a big fan of the FC16GO as it is stock, it makes a great parts donor for a proper portable however!

First of all thanks for your responses.

I must say i am surprised to see that you are comparing fc16 to a custom snes portable. Both things are comletely different in my opinion. I am paying for a collection item, not for a stock console. And for a real snes with perfect sound (very important for me), pal with svideo out, 5", custom design.. Things that fc16 can't really offer me at all.

Anyway a member of this community is already making this project and i am loving it. I suppose when he finishes he'll show it if he considers it is worth of :)
