PS3 death, revival, and death again?

A couple months ago I fixed my friends launch date 60GB PS3. Just a general reflow and it was working fine. Now it has the same problem, turns on to red lights and 3 beeps.
Does anyone know what I should do? I don't know if there is a more permanent fix, or if I should just continue doing reflows. Is there something else I can do to keep this guy running?

No yellow at all?
From memory three red beeps is an overheating console.
I do 360's so not to sure

I work mostly in 360s too. Looked the problem up and did a reflow. I just don't know why it's failing again.

can you get the hexadecimal error code?
i have a printout for ps3 error codes on my desk
