Sega S-Video Mod Question

I was wondering if i changed the 110 k resistors to 100 k resistors, would that change the value of the capacitors or anything in the circuit? Thanks

I've seen that s-video mod before, but it is needlessly complex. I used this one, which only requires one transistor, one capacitor, and a couple resistors.
