I get an original psone screen but it's diferent from de used un ben's book. There are two components in the place used to plug the resistor of the LEDS, so i don't know where to plug it. I need some help please.
Ignore the red circle. The components are those two gray little cylinder near the volume button.

You can put the resistor anywhere; it doesn't matter where it goes. Just wire it correctly and you'll be fine.
Also, don't use a 10ohm resistor. Use 100ohms.

Thanks Mario. The LED's are connected in series right? And I still use a 100ohms resistor if I use 4 LED's instead 3?

That guide is wrong-if you do it according to that method you'll hurt the LEDs and they start flickering.
Put a 33ohm resistor in series with each LED. Then put 3/4 of those in parallel.

Hum... Ok, thanks. Other question, where is the ground in the PAL screen?

The Ground (Common Ground) on the Screen, is usually easily found where the Screw Posts are / went through.
It should be easy to see...
