I highly doubt the game will be released before September 14th. I'm guessing it will be a new live action trailer.

The monument to Noble Team (Bungie) is going live in 7 days the end of gamescon and the announcement of something change of pants worthy also seeing as this is the monument to bungie it makes sense they would do this especially with bungie

No, it wouldn't work.

Just think about it for a moment.

Say, Bungie released Halo:Reach early. Do you realize how many retailers would be screwed over? Seeing how they've been planning for a midnight release at gamestop and other retailers it wouldn't work.

There are only 2 things that this can be:

A live action trailer/movie

A new feature/mode in Reach that will further excite fans.

THIS is Bungie's last Halo game, at least by their standards and not the contract with Microsoft. This is their ultimate project.

To go out with a bang.

While many fans might think so, I don't think a early release date is what they are talking about.
