Gigabyte GA-H55-USB3

And

Sapphire HD5750 1GB GDDR5 PCI 2D HDMI

Will these two parts work together?

Yes. The motherboard supports PCI-E 2.0 x16, which the card is.
It's really not that hard to figure out.
