WTF happened to this psone screen during antiglare mod

If you're making a portable you probably need something to watch it on. (Unless you want to guess what's happening in the game, but I wouldn't advise that) Anyway, this forum is your "Hacking a pocket TV/screen" one-stop solution. Share your experiences and knowledge here.

When you pull of the anti-glare layer, you want to do it in a single, complete motion. Do not stop pulling once you've started, or else you'll get those lines every time you stop.

I made my best effort to pull it off all at once, but it kept stopping up as you'll see there, each of those lines it stopped pulling by itself, where the glue was too thick.
