perhaps a better DC concept.

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

i was going for having power on the top (like a gamgears switch) and im prity sure that orage triangle on the back under the cd is the open, starts up next to the abxy as that gray triangle (also like the gamegear).
and yeah right behind the screen on the top, or next to it above the action buttons on the right. but i think behind the screen looks better since they will only hang out a little it will look prity cool.

Im going to have to label my next conecpt... sorry guys!

why dont you use a 5 inch screen

and build two memory cards on the inside so they are non-removable, and smaller

I may have to steal your idea for a built in keyboard for the dreamcast it's a really good idea :D . Cool color schemes. Go with the gba a style though. How are you going to make your case?

Cennar said on his website (and here) he was going to have them made using a vacume mold.

Has anyone ever used casting resin. How do you guys keep the two sides together with vaccum formed cases?

Casting is to brittle to be used for a case, ask the guy who's making the atari c.e.
Also, like most cases, you use screws to keep the 2 sides together. :p
