As long as the power draw isn't too high on the audio amp, yeah you can pull power from the 7805 regulator on the back of the psone screen.

Most likely, I wouldn't know for that audio amp, but I'm sure there's enough power, companies wouldn't use a regulator with the max power rating so close to what the device draws.
