My first project was wiring a snes controller to a parallel port (DB25?) Over 5 years ago and it still works great!
I failed at my first portable, a NOAC in a GBO. Fried a few NOAC's and Hip gear screens. :lol:

First Project:
A little flashlight powered by 2 AA's, had 3 LEDS, and was in cardboard.

oooooo. this is a hard one.......
i used to hook up a ton of leds to capacitors, and see how long they lasted.
well, i guess when i was in 4th grade, i made many versions of power paks for gameboy color
