First auction never states that it is the NTSC one so I don't really see how he's trying to "pass it off" other than not saying is PAL. The PAL B notations on the box and the cart, plus the instructions not being in english, should be enough of a clue anyway.
Second auction, there is now 3 sealed Stadium Events games accounted for. This one currently for sale, a Digital Press poster has one (Bronty-2 maybe? Too lazy to check lol) and there is one on display in the Bandai Headquarters.

Well he's definitely trying to score a quick buck out of this. If the bidders will actually pay is a different question.

I saw a completed listing for a PAL Stadium Events that went for around 7k.. oopsie..
