I've only made 1 N64 controller mod and it isn't that great.

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

I was afriad you were going to say that. The battery part looks a bit confusing, and i'm a bit nervous on making the portable in the first place because so far when I see people chat about thier progress on a portable, it makes no sense to me,

the best thing to do is to keep reading and explanations for all of those things will pop up. soon, you'll know everything you need to to make a portable!(or anything else on this site)

I would go to batteryspace.com and get your batteries there. Then use my diagram to wire it all up :D
This place is fun.

So, just wire the Screen, speakers, controller, and rechargable batterry will make me a portable? Of coarse you then make a shell and insert buttons, but you will have a shell less , button less portable N64?
