i figured i would wait a while before telling about this on the forum.i have been building this for Jgibson and its most of the way done! having some controller issues and a fried PSone but its no big deal here is a pic

cool, that's kinda how I want to set up a psp. In my design I want to replace the cd lid with the lcd :)

Neato! Looks pretty good. I assume you'll be using a flip up PSone screen?
Also, you might want to put a plastic spacer inbetween the buttons and the case, so that the buttons don't stick up so much.

Nice job mounting the buttons. Whaere are you putting the batteries? Inside or on the bottom?

there is ZERO room for a spacer lol the way you see the buttons now is with the bottom of the radioshack buttons sitting on the board lol, batteries will be on the back inbetween the L and R buttons

i have exactly the same layout, im currently working on getting better audio and how to fit an amp inside.

lol you should just put the screen onto the ack it will be easier and protect it
