PSone screen black bar

PSone screen black bar

My PSone screen has a black bar on the sides. (On the left, and on the bottom also, though not visible in this picture)

Is this a common fixable problem?

But mine only has it on one side? It's like the bar on the right migrated and joined the bar on the left. xD
