Laptop screen worth trying?

I have an old laptop laying around that the videocard is kaput and has a 1920 X 1200 res screen and I was wondering if its even possible to use the screen to connect to a Xbox 360?

I used to use a component connector, but the delay was terrible.

I obviously want to use this and my current 360 pro as a basis for creating a 360 laptop
