HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

Post by Metallica Man X » Thu Dec 31, 2009 12:30 am

Well, since it's now New Year's Eve, I thought I'd start up a new years thread!

Woot!

So anyway, does anyone have any new years resolutions that they're going to try to do, but more than likely give up on doing?

Mine is I'm gonna try to exercise more...as I'm starting to get a bit outta shape...darn desk job anyway...

EDIT: Just realised this is my 777th post! YAY!

I'm giving up soda (again) and trying to finish something to show (sell?) at MGC. I also want to manage my time better, but that's a bit unspecific for a resolution.

I'd like to at least start attempting a SNESp sometime before MGC.

Continue to work out (that thanksgiving dinner was almost the death of me) and hopefully finish my dang nes portable. I have been on this thing since I joined the forum.....(work, school, and life got in the way) Other than that hopefully start working on another portable.

I'm looking to get back into the I.T. field (well in a paying way) and I'm going to take one for the team. I'm going to look into either certification or just raw experience with Windows Server Editions. I actually miss working on computers as my job.

Also something more for the community here is, I want to make some nice geek computer toys. Like I'd like to make either some USB storage drives in Atari 2600 cartridges, MP3 S/NES players, other cool vintage video game accessories.

I can't say I'll achieve it all but if I can get some of them done, I'll say I kept to it.
