I like the Xbox 360 controller's D-Pad/Left Analog arrangement. Way better then the Dualshock's default.

I would just rather have both analog sticks at the top since lots of games these days just use the triggers and it would help to have the analogs sticks closer.(it would help so much in a game like call of duty)

I would buy it if I didn't have more than enough PS3 controllers. But I think you can easily get 110 usd for it if you put it on eBay.
