I don't really have any limits set for the price of this, but know that I would be very hard-pressed to try and build one myself so I am looking for anyone that has a SNESp (or any other "model") ready to sell or someone that might be able to build me one. I'd be interested in one that integrated Super FX support and was flashable via usb. I would LOVE to play Star Fox on a handheld, but I've sold off almost all my SNES carts, and that's one of them. I have a buddy who flashed Star Fox 2 to a Stunt Race FX cartridge, so perhaps that information could be helpful?

You are looking at a lot of money. 
It can be done, there are a few new USB flashin solutions for SNES, but again, remember that you are gonna be dumping at least $300-400 into it, and likely more.
