SNES/GENESIS to USB Cartridge Adapter?!

Wow, this looks amazing. Its basically a whole Sega Genesis and SNES that hooks up to your PC via USB. Could be used for some type of portable?

Kinda pricey at $90USD though.

it's used to copy and paste the rom files on the cart to your computer. You can also use this to play the game straight off the cart with an emulator.

Pretty old news. I was actually was one of the (first 10?) people who were one that topic when he made the SNES-only prototype.

It's pretty cool, basically it runs a small FAT simulator that passes off filesystem reads to the actual cartridge ROM and gives the result back over USB. It shows up as a mass storage device (i.e. flash drive) and you have to have an emulator already installed to "open" the file.

Id imagine that you could do SuperGameboy on this, and SMS using a Genesis to SMS converter. CDX anyone?
