What Next?

Ok i'm making my first portable i've ordered a NOAC but i'm baffled as how to proceed with the screen. Which is the more daunting task: hacking a hip gear screen or modding a pocket tv to use white LEDs? By the way are there pocket tvs that use LEDs to start with? I'm sorry these are probably very noobish questions.

The HipGear isn't too hard to hack. There are probably some TVs that use LEDs, but most use the crumby stuff. If it came down to it, I'd say mod a screen that you have now, because it is a lot cheaper that way.

Thanks to bad the only screen i have is my gba with the tv tuner. I woulden't mind using it but I would have to mod all the GBA's buttons to be tact switches on long wires so I could adjst the brightness, contrast etc. with out opening up the unit.

I'm thinking i'll go with the hip gear. Since that doesn't involve (as far as I know) working near the lcd screen itself (less chance of ruining it with dirt ot sharp objects). Which system's Hip Gear controller would you recomend Xbox or PS2?

They are just about the same, go with the cheapest one you can get
