I also would've have kept the Gamecube instead, but to each his own, eh? I have a GCN and an XBox and I can safely say that I play my Gamecube a lot more. XBox does have Halo and KOTOR, but those are about the only exclusive games that are worth playing. The GCN, on the other hand, has Zelda, Metroid, Mario, and all kids of first-party goodness. But I said it before and I'll say it again, if you like the XBox more, then by all means it was a good trade.

I agree 100%. The GCN has a lot more/better exclusive games. Besides, Halo has a PC port made already, so it's not like it's completely exclusive.

Yeah but the PC Halo lacks the co/op campain, so campain mood on the PC is very boring. I will agree they're alike but I'd prefur the Xbox as you can have all your opponites in the room with you, effctively making them you *****es.

Besides, if you are at all into online gaming, xbox is million times better. By the way, kotor and halo arent the only good exclusives. Mech assault, PGR2 (most fun racing game ever), the unreal games, and so many more. Besides, every game released for all three systems is always best on the xbox. Ill admit, you do need to have a GC too for nintendos first party games, but overall ill take my xbox anyday.

I personally like my xbox about as much as my other consoles, although it gets much more gametime for two reasons:
One, all the decent games for gamecube aren't even AT the game rental places. not out of stock, NOT THERE.
Two, my PS2's busted and I'm too lazy to get another one.

Overall, the main good thing about the xbox is A: I love the controller design. My hands actually fit on the damn thing(standard, female of the dog species.)!, and B: it's easier to push the envelope on it, whereas not only does gamecube have less buttons(And I like buttons.), it's generally accepted you don't put your mature games on that thing.

Now, can we all just agree to disagree, and begin the preparations for online matches to be used as meetings?

Oh, and to those who say it's impossible, I used to have huge conversations on Live while playing mechassault. We were friggin' insane and spouting stuff about crack cookies, but we were still having a conversation.

Well the reason I said we could hold meetings was I have the communiction head set and I was having fun running around with other guys online playing PSO ep.1&2.

Besides if anyone has problems with this remember Halo2 isnt coming out until November, thats a long ways away.
