Well wouldnt the AC adapter fry a SNES if you used on on a SNES? Thats what the article said happened to the Clone. I also think its odd the pirates would go through so much trouble to make the SNES look like the U.S. one and just put a NOAC, also the build date is '97 on the bottem.

the site calls it a famiclone so i guess it is. plus the controller is labeled like a nes's would be (the two extra butons are turbo) so my guess is that its a famiclone. I hope im wrong because a snoac would be awesome
"sticks and stones will break my bones, but words will cause permanent physcological damage"
Have someone tried this supposed SNOAC? because if they are selling it as a SNES, it might be a true SNOAC.
I know there is mentioned the word Famiclone, but if I read corr ectly it sais Super Famiclone.
Well, even if it is a NOAC or a SNOAC, I dont really ca re much about this right now because I have a SNES Mini to make in some future portable, but it may be a good option for fu t ure SNESp's if it really is a SNOAC.

Super Nes On A Chip. Anything that ends with "OAC" means on a chip with the first letter of the system, ofcourse the SNES is the only exception.

a SNOAC (if it even exists....) is a "Super Nintendo On A Chip"......kind of like the NOAC ("Nintendo On A Chip") )
Edit: aw darn, ya beat me by a few seconds Sparkfist ......
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!
Um... I know this thread's been dead for a while, but I think you people ought to know that a "SNOAC" (as you call it) was made quite a few years back. It was included in the Tristar 64, and Asian grey market box that plugged into the cart slot of an N64 and played NES and SNES games: http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?catego ... cts_id=221&
I'm fairly sure there'd be one in here, too: http://www.xinga.com/shop/show.php?product=SF2301

Apparently the compatibility wasn't all that good, however, and some Nintendo first part games didn't play.
The thing on nesplayer.com is called a Famiclone, not a Super Famiclone. It's essentially a Super Fun Joy Mech Player Game controller in SNES clothing. I mean, look at it! Do you think game pirates have figured out how to cram a Super Nintendo onto a single chip without any help from Nintendo themselves? Radica only made a GOAC with the help of Sega.
