i'm more of a lurker and decided to get an actual account so i could reply and post when i feel fit. i may not have any publicized wonders that some of the self-deemed portable "extrodinaires" here have, however i do have a voice and opinion, and this thread has asked me to voice said opinion.

the title "should triton remain a benheck moderator?"

my reply

simply put, yes.

i have nothing against either of the two, however "we" are a community. (i put we in quotations, as some senior members may not deem me as a full fledged member due to the little post count or actual membership tenor. If both parties can agree or agreed to drop the personal agendas that each have for another or unsaid party (other mods). They should do the right thing in favor of the forum, not for themselves. They should delete every bit of this entangling feud, every thread/post or mention... "They" were apart of it, so it should not be hard to track down the remains of the bickering and terminate them from bhforum history.

however or whatever it comes down... we should all have respect for each other and try to be the community that this was meant to be. its not hard... just have a little RESPECT.... i know this is coming from me... the guy who's 1st couple of posts were pointing out "fake" modifications/accusations and it may have been seen as a personal thing, but it wasn't. Lying to me is one thing, i could care less. however lying to the community that gives you home (an outlet inwhich you post and share) is on another level its own.

We help those who need genuine help, reply to the posts that seek a response and criticize when its asked/needed. However the way in-which we type (may/may not) be interpreted the way we may have meant it. As you can't determine a tone in-which it was said. Take things as you read them, yet don't dig too much into them remember its only text your reading and the attitude and environment you've been around that day you read into what is typed will have an affect in how you interpret it.

Hopefully this babbling will put a sense of understanding from a (noob/yet not) point of view.

Why is this stickied? This thread is just asking for argument.

My vote, keep it private and make these decisions in private...

It looks pretty obvious to me that triton will stay, every time I check its always a bout a 2:1 yes:no ratio.

So looks like your staying. Now Skyone....:P

Yes, 100% categoric yes. Sure, he may have made a mistake, sure, it might have been a bit childish, but from my experience, triton's been a great mod and an all round nice guy, so I see no reason for him to step down.

I might not post much, but I've been around for about nearly 3 years, and I've never had any issues with the guy :)

Ok, looks like the train is derailed. Now everybody is trying to rip each others guts out.

Triton, you've got my vote. Wouldn't be the same here without ya :P

The real question should be: Should Harshboy become a moderator?

Yep. Triton had it and removed it upon request, but for some reason bacteria still holds a grudge against him.

NOTE!

We have 65 votes so far, which to be honest is more active members than I expected we had. Seems like the votes have plateaued (there's barely a trickle of new votes coming in). So it doesn't seem like we're trying to sweep this under the rug, I think it's safe to call the vote around noon tomorrow (EST).

EDIT 2: Never mind; I didn't pay attention to the existing cutoff date.

Nah I just wasn't paying attention. But you have to admit the probable outcome is obvious.

Polls close when the board says they do.
