I.WANT.IT!

Holy crap you're lucky you could afford all that. I wish I could get something like it.
I haven't been here in awhile, and looking back it's one of the worst ideas I ever had. I'm back and I'll be here for awhile, I was quite active 1 year ago and I hope to become that again.

I wonder how much power you draw with all of those running.

Why do I get the feeling that he got these discounted or for free? I'm not saying he couldn't afford these things, I'm just saying he's REALLY lucky, and I wouldn't be surprised if that luck was multiplied by getting them for free.

Holy @!#%, man. This office is awesome.
what is this i don't even

I rather doubt he got the bulk of these free or overly cheap. He has posted this on the Arcade Otaku Gallery forum, and they gave him a bit of flack for not having any Japanese style cabs (which is the main point of that forum). He in short order had two of those. They are are not cheap nor common, and the average US arcade operator does not have these laying around, so it's likely that this guy has money.

I'd give a direct link, but you have to sign in to even view the gallery on that site.

I only wish I got these for free or cheap. Sadly, this hobby is quite expensive and has cost me a quite a chunk of change. Yes, I did manage to get some cabs for (what I consider) a good deal. If you are patient enough, and you look around enough, you will manage to find a deal or two, but nothing near cheap or free.
Holy @!#%, man. This office is awesome.
Thanks.

LOL. You are very perceptive. I actually had a deal for those two candy cabs in the works when I posted the pics. I didn't buy them because they "gave me flack" for them.

I'm not rich, but I do try to save up money. That means, I don't squander it on miscellaneous things. However, when I engage in a hobby, I tend to be passionate about it as well, and I try to save for something that is important at least to me. I enjoy the arcade hobby (except for the fact that it can be expensive).

This is full of win
A truly wise man can entertain a thought without accepting it. A fool cannot withhold past judgments but instead closes his mine to new possibilities. Someone who wants to innovate simply needs to forget what everyone says isn't possible.
