I got myself a brand-new Xbox memory card for $1 (which was really quite a nice surprise since I had been hoping to get one at one point, even if just to keep in my collection) and got "Rayman 2: The Great Escape" and "Crash Bandicoot" ("Greatest Hits" edition) for the PS1 for $2 each. I also found a clear green DualShock 2 for $5 and my sister got that as a gift for her birthday. (She saw one like it in Wal-Mart and said "Ooh, I want that!" so I had to make sure she got it.)

The garage sale I got the PS1 games and DualShock at also had a '95 Acura Integra in nice shape they were willing to let go for just $1000, and if it's not going to require too much work/cost too much to get everything fixed, my Dad just might get it - and guess whose car it would become once he gets a license?

There's even an old build of Mozilla for it, or maybe Opera or iCab, if you want a web browser that's newer than IE 5. :lol: (I've used iCab on my old Power Mac 7600 running System 7.6.1 before, and it was plenty usable even on that old 133mhz 604e. It just obviously couldn't do YouTube. :lol:)

You can find the version it's running by clicking the Apple menu and selecting "About this Macintosh". Like you said, it should have 9.2.2. The oldest version it could have is 8.6.
Thanks, It's running 9.1 right now but as this one has been used in a school a lot of the crap I need has been deleted, Like I cannot install anything due to it has no file type for .slm.bin or the other one which I think is DMX or somthing :?

I did try to install 10.2 last night however you need to update the os rom first and I can't do that as I can't open the installer :faceplam: I'm just gonna do a clean intall of os 9 tonight when I finish work and then update the rom and then install jaguar :lol:

I'll have a look at icab too but I think if I'm putting OS X on anyway I'll just stick with firefox!

EDIT:
Urgh!! Just tried installing 9.4 but got error code -36., I can't be bothered to fiddle about with it this week, too busy but if anyone knows what the problem could be it would help. :mrgreen:

The imac G3 tray loading supports up panther hideously slowly I'm guessing.

Jaguar is fine for all I want really :mrgreen: I'll probs sell this one and get a slot loader sometime instead.

Got two good deals today at a car boot sale - 10 long hot glue sticks for £2; and a SuperPad N64 controller - hard to get and cost about £15 on e-bay if you can get them, for £3. Love the 3rd party joystick in it, far better than normal joysticks - downside though it is about 33mm deep.

It didn't come from a yard sale. But it's still cool

Someone gave us free tickets to tonights NASCAR race in Nashville. We just got back from getting the tickets. We will be leaving for Nashville in like 2 minutes and the race starts at 6pm

Who knows if the Namco Portable will ever become a reality? :P

This isn't so much of a garage sale as a Craigslist posting that nearly made me wet myself:

http://honolulu.craigslist.org/oah/tag/1183081087.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Of course, the title said $60 when I saw it. I've emailed the guy (still waiting for a response). I figure $80 is still a good deal.
what is this i don't even

I'm sorry I don't have enough money to buy the higest quality screen, or even $50 to blow on a ps1 screen, intec is fine. I played four hours straight on it already. :mrgreen: it is fine.
