Would anyone be interested in creating a new website for rating and reviewing videogames. Sort of like an online magazine. I, Snarky Jones (or Nik Lewis, please don't molest me...) would pay for the domain name and the monthly fees for hosting a website but I would ned a team of people who could help me design and run the website. Also, I would need people to play, review, and rate games and then write a two to three paragraph articles on the games. E-mail me at prosnark@yahoo.com if you are interested. uhm.. money... maybe, I mean if i don't get any out of it I can't give any out. We'll see about the money thing...


And about the games. It's just like, lets say you go out and by prototype like I'm going to do. I would just write up a few things about the game and write a little article about it. I would also like to havee like a game of the week thing. Every other week there would be a new game. It would either be week's best game, or weeks worst game. Then at the end of every year i would want a best/worst game of the year. and a game of the year rewind which would be like a game from the past that was great. for example: starfox: nintendo 64

The only money I see in that is advertising. Like google ad sense or what have you; which could potentially make you quite a bit of money if your site is good and has high traffic.
Oh and if you really decide you want to do this I MIGHT be able to hook you up with some server space. I have access to some decommissioned servers that I use to run CS servers on.

Theres also Wix.com which is pretty good.

ironically that was my idea. advertising would be best for bringing in money. but only if it is a good website. thats why i need help. If i make money I would definitely pay the people who have helped me.

i used google adsense on my weebly site, and as soon as i got to 15 bucks, google emailed me, and said they canceled my site and are not going to pay me.
So if i was you, i would only get google adsense after the site has been running for awhile and you know many people go on it.

p.s. Okay SonyPortableizer thanx a bunch. but this is still a work in progress so nobody do anything to far fetch'd yet. We still need a name. A design (with a designer), luckily there are people who are able to help with the articles as that is where most of the work will be needed.
