Dammit, nightwheel, you beat me to it!

Oh, well, the important part is that their maker and his girlfriend and pets are all safe and sound!

Also, since it happened at the onset of summer, keeping your house warm won't be as big of a problem as if it had happened during winter or something. Thank God for small favors, eh?

My brother had just been going without a working AC. That ain't fun either. at least for heat you can start a fire or something.

Building fires inside houses is generally not a good thing...

He lives in San Antonio, he probably would have loved for it to have happened in the winter. In fact, its gonna be in the 92 F there today.

Glad everyone is ok. Any guesstimate on how fast the car was going?

I'm glad as hell your safe as well as everybody else.

If you were dead, I would not get to ask you the following question: Did you model your s2nes controller adapter after mine, or did we both have the same idea and name?
I originally built that ugly thing back around 2000 or so. Got the case from an old scrapped Genesis RF switch. :)

I'm sure glad that you, your girl friend, your Ferret, and you dog is ok.

But I must ask.... Are the Nintoasters and the Super Genintari OK?!?!
LOL! The SG is fine. ;) It's sitting on the other end of the living room where my girl and I were. Those two Nintoasters are long gone. Sold em on Ebay a while back. #3 is still being built upstairs. If the SG WAS smashed though, oh man... "One of a kind prototype, and yoooou smashed it! SEE YOU IN COURT!" XD

No clue. I still can't fathom how it even happened. None of it makes sense. BRAKE PEDAL MUCH? :/

...

AND TO EVERYONE ELSE:

Thanks so much for the kind responses and support. We really appreciate it.

PS: We're thinking about painting the Koolaid man on the temporary plywood wall until the stupid insurance company pulls their head out of their --- and decides to DO SOMETHING about this. (They have to send a SECOND insurance adjuster out of WEDNESDAY, and THEN maybe [an unknown time] later we'll start rebuilding. I just can't believe it's taking this long for some kind of action. It's like everyone forgot or doesn't care that there's a gaping huge hole in our house, fence is destroyed and part of the community mailbox is completely missing. (You'd think USPS, being an arm of the government, would have done SOMETHING about this by now). Unbelievable.

Paint the KoolAid man on it, and then leave a Koolaid glass like the one he carries(why?) in the yard next to the hole! XD

If you have a fireplace like ours, you're just as well off not building a fire at all. That thing puts out no heat whatsoever.

 I was like "drunk driver?" then proceeded to laugh my ass off towards the end of the video.

I'm very glad you're all okay, and even more glad you're being so kind and rational about it! It's good to see people like you and your girlfriend exist. :P
