I got Street Fighter 2 Turbo (SNES) and a Super Game Boy for $15 at the pawn shop. These are for my friend's birthday.

I loved that computer. I was stupid and tore the thing apart last year. Now I don't have a computer for my room. Well, technically, I have the one I got from nevermind, but I need a psu first.

I got a cheap office chair from the mid-late 80s for free last summer; all it needed was some chrome polish to get rid of a couple rust spots. Last week I picked up one of those foam mattress pads for $5 on clearance from a local store (it was new in the wrapper), cut it up, and used it to rebuild the seat. (Peeled back the cover, undid a million staples, shoved the new foam in, stapled it all back together.) It's like a whole new chair now! :D

Now it just needs a bearing in the adjustable height mechanism... (It shifts slightly when you sit back.)

Somebody was throwing out three vacume cleaners today so I took them. Two are tiny push sweepers. Eureka. and the other is a huge bissel.

So I go to church today. And a girl in my youth group gives me a iHome out of the blue. I wasn't even expecting it. She never even talked about it. (Also, Let me get this out there right now. She's not my girlfriend.)

Anyways, She said it would no longer register her iPod. And that she has already got a new iHome. And used to use this one in her families barn for a while as a radio. After the dock stopped working for her. And recently was going to throw the iHome away. But after some of my recent posts on facebook. She figured I would get some use out of it.

The iHome she gave me is one of the under the cabinet models. And came with all the mounts too. Which are still unopened in the little bags still. So it seems she just used it on a table top or laid it on a shelf or something.

Still not bad for free. Even though I don't have a iPod

Edit 4/27/09 @ 10:54am (CST): Just tried it with my Friend's iPod a few minutes ago. The iPod dock still works. I guess the problem that led me to getting the iHome. Has to do with the iPod of the girl who gave me the iHome, not the iHome itself. So I guess I got a fully functioning iHome for free!

I found a sealed copy of Sonic The Hedgehog (Sega Classics Version) and a non-sealed copy of Outrun 2019 with really cool poster/ad/thingys inside. I also got a few Clancy novels really cheap.

I'll post pics soon. Any idea what Sonic is worth?

EDIT: PICS!!!!!!
