Well, it's starting to take shape. Using a heavy drill isn't the best idea, harder to control, easier to slip (!). Using small sanding drums (6mm and 12mm diameter) would give perfectly smooth button and rounded joystick and button holes; especially when used in conjunction with small files. I spent many hours finishing the holes in my case, literally several intensive hours - the result is worth the time investment.
If you think you can do it better next time, now you have had some experience making holes, and want to buy just another case front blank, PM me (option is there)! If however you are happy with what you have, carry on - that is what matters at the end of the day!

hi guys, i am sorry tht im not done yet, and that i have been gone a while.
I have had a rough time the last few months, im now getting back on my feet. I failed my hnc at college, i was being bullied and harassed at work, and my parents threw me out.
Everything is ok now tho, back with my parents, and no more problems at work, wish i had passed college.

What happened man? You should try to continue making it or sell what you have done so far to someone to finish.
