Project: My PSone Portable

Post by omgitsthebishop » Sun Mar 01, 2009 9:09 am

Hey, just thought I'd let y'all know that I'm going to start the construction of a PSone portable. I like many other, did not have the tools needed to complete the job so this morning I went on paypal and bought a Dremel Tool with a bunch of attatchments, and a Soldering Iron 25Watt ( Is that sufficient? ) and the most important A PSone because my lil brother would not let be destroy ours :( . I plan on buying a case from bacteria when he gets back to me and this post will be edited in a few days when I recieve all the products. Just letting you guys know what I'm up to as a new member and all.

You show pics by putting [img]before
and[/img] after each image.

Funds sent in wrong currency and value, sent you a PM and full refund so they can be re-sent.

If I wasn't short on money right now (actually I'm just cheap) I'd build an N64p in a Bacteria case. It would be flat black with olive drab and grey accents, maybe with the controls dulled down, and I'd call it the XP-64 (like a fighter).

You used "url" not "img". Nothing wrong with the host, I use Tinypic a fair bit. Try re-upping them.

With deep regret, I have had to decline to do business with this member.

It isn't fair to explain my reasons here, although I will if pushed, and back it up with evidence. Let's say my gut feelings and instincts are rarely wrong and leave it there.

He will therefore not be using my kit and will have to source another way to make his system.

I really, really, really do not like this decision I have had to make. I didn't make it lightly.

I sent you a PM, because I understand why, but I don't at the same time. I was not completely clear in what I was supposed to do anyway which I explained, and I also explained and easy way we can do this without your fear of me not saying I got the item. And we can discuss it here, I really do not see the problem, maybe the other members, can help you change or enforce your decisions.

There are plenty of other options.

One of these would serve your purpose well, I believe.

It turned out he was some 10 year old noob with no paypal?

JK. Seriously though, that sucks, but we all have our reasons. I would have been building a portable right now if it weren't for some... other people.
