He wants to return, but says that because all the mods/admins hate him, he will just be banned again for nothing.

But yeah, he says he has changed, and will be a better member.

I thought he was quite funny. Imagine how hard I laughed when I recieved my copy of zelda 2 from him, and the only file name on it was "D***butt".

also, I never noticed any mod or admin hating him or treating him differently.

A scam is a scam, and he scammed me. If you got scammed, contacted him weekly, and never got your money back what would you do?
He still has a scam out there and until its resolved, hes a scammer. Have him resolve our scam, and ill gladly change it back

Funny I have been, once a week for 4 months and still no reply.
Hes a scammer and I still want my money back
Maybe my email is blocked, then ill forgive him for that. But still not scamming until I Get my cash

I finally got a hold of him, and he refunded me. He just made a mistake is all. If it's fine with you, please change him back to a safe, but very very slow, shipper.
