I know, but perhaps you could add some plastic around the screen... oh god this is hard to explain:
Ok, what i mean is, you could do the thing that you did around the cartridge connector, kind of like an extra piece of plastic that isn't part of the initial case but makes it look like it.
BTW I did read the entire thread; that's about how much time i have lying in bed with influenza.
hope you understood what i said

I get what you mean. I kind of like the square look of it, and adding plastic/bondo/some kind of filler would really take away from that. Plus I don't want to risk ruining the case. :P

Yeahm but you could put a square box over it, make it gold or something, just to cover the exposed metal, and only make it like a mm thick so you still have the smallest portable! You could probably do that when you put in the d-pad. That's what I would do to complete the look, but that's just me.

Oh yeah, duh, stupid me lol. Paint it, and buff it or something to keep the shiny finish, it's just those prongs that stick out the side that get me. I prolly have OCD or something. Sometimes I just have to touch things too, even a hot frying pan. I'm dead serious, I burned my self lol, more stupidity for me. My username is like completely ironic lol

Nice pic, Hammerstein! :D

You should use measurements to make a pic with all decent N64p units to date so we can compare.
