Hey I stumbled on these switches for portables that might be great for ya! they are a tact switch type with buttons for snes or nes or anything you could imagine. But the best part is that the have the lip on the button so they don't push through

I don't think I could wait around for a 5 dollar switch to come from hongkong, when theres packs of 4 at any of the local electronic supply stores. or cases to rip open
