Disneyland is totally awesome

Post by palmertech » Thu Jan 29, 2009 9:18 pm

See title. So many things to do, hang out, eat food, flip coins in the tower of terror, throw paper airplanes off California Screamin... :D

Who else likes Disneyland? Does anyone on these forums go there/have an annual pass? Do you want to go TOMORROW? (Friday)

Post thoughts on Disneyland.

I went there once when I was nine. Quite an awesome experience. Still have the Mickey Mouse hat I got as a souvenir, actually.

Add that to an awesome cruise to Mexico we had taken a few days prior and it was one hell of an awesome week.

I went to Disney World once when I was 5 or 6. I didn't go on many rides either because I was too small or scared  . It probably would have been better if I had gone a few years later.

The problem with 99% of amusement/theme parks is that the lines are too long.

Yeah, I agree.

Luckily for us, though, my Great-Grandma was with us, and since she was in a wheelchair, we always got to go to the front of the line.

Probably not; doesn't give me much time to pack or arrange transportation.

Which is why you:
1. Go on a school day
2. Bring handheld game consoles with multiplayer capabilities. :D

Wolf, any time you can. We have annual passes, so we go a lot. :D

That's pretty cool!

Next time I'm in southern California, I'll have to let you know.

EDIT: Wait, who were you talking to, wolfy13 or me?

I've never been to disneyland, never really want to. Amuesment parks are too expensive anyway. The only one I've really liked is King's Island.

Went to Disneyland, Paris when I was about 7/8.

Me and my mates normally go to Thrope Park or Chessingtons once a year in the summer. During the week obviously :) Even now at 22, still enjoy it!

I have been to King's Island so much I am kinda sick of it, I am really looking forward to that Diamondback Coaster they are building. 8)

Disney land only says to me "PLASTIC", To me there's no realism, No Disney charm. What they are famous for. Very false and seems all about the money rather than the magic of Disney.
