PlayStation games for PSP now available for download

Post by leo931 »

http://www.prnewswire.com/cgi-bin/stori ... 470&EDATE= While we previewed it late last month, it's finally official: Sony has launched its downloadable PlayStation games service. Today, Sony Computer Entertainment America announced five titles that will play nicely on your PSP -- they include "Cool Boarders," "Crash Bandicoot," "Hot Shots Golf 2," "Syphon Filter," and "Tekken 2" -- however, Sony added in a press release that future titles would be made available later this month. These games will set you back a Washington and a Lincoln (that's $6, folks), but have to be purchased through the PlayStation store on the PS3, which probably is a bit frustrating if you already own a PSP but were sensible enough to avoid the PS3 insanity. Now if you'll excuse us, we have a grudge match to settle between Law and Yoshimitsu.

The point is not that it old, it's that you could play ps1 games on a Psp. You kept saying I was wrong, and I don't know what I was talking about. This is all I'm saying. (Post as must as you like)

I kept saying that playing PS1 games on the PSP isn't the same.
I NEVER (in fact, nobody ever) said you couldn't do it.
But the fact of the matter is, you have no right analog stick, L3, or R3 buttons, AND you're limited in your selection of games.

With a portable PS1, you have original PS1 controls, as well as the ability to play literally ANY PS1 game.

Find one instance of someone saying "You can't play PS1 games on a PSP" in your thread, find one.

You're right, I looked at the last post and you did say that. Will I'm man enough to say I was wrong, And I'm sorry about that. But you have no right to call me lazy, when you don't know me. I do more then you think, then just steal games.

You were lazy enough to post this stupid thread without even reading your OWN thread. So yeah, we do have a right.

Yes, I am sure you do more than steal games, but everybody does! Even the most hardcore pirate has to eat! So yeah, you still stand as an ignorant, arrogant n00b who also pirates games. And is lazy.

And saying you are "Man enough" to admit you are wrong is stupid; It is the only way TO respond. What else would you have said, "No, I am still right"? Nothing to do with being a man, a 6 year old with hardly a sense of ethics would grasp this concept.

And if you have a beef with people, yell incoherently over PM, or even make a forum 42 thread if you want other people to laugh at you. Cluttering up the news thread is a pretty stupid way to make your point, especially when it is a non-existent one.

I like it when palmer lays the beat down on people. It is interesting to read and he usually has good points, like when he was bashing that Steven (with an "x") guy about his...lacking portables.

I try to stick to the points without resorting to personal insults, but sometimes I slip one in anyways. I do need to work on this a bit, but usually my posts, even if they are a bit inflammatory, do a decent job of fairly judging. And I actually stand by my post, though it may have crossed the line a bit:
Incoherent
Adjective
1. unable to express oneself clearly
2. not logically connected or ordered: an incoherent argument
I would say his previous arguments/posts fit the bill. :P I would think it fair to assume that he would fare no better in PM. Also, I never "hate". If the person changes, and becomes a good poster, I have nothing against them! My goal is not to flame people just to flame them, it is to try and make them see what they are doing wrong so they can better themselves. Sometimes the only way to reach somebody is with a good, hard whack. Boy, I sure am starting to sound a bit too high and mighty, eh? :o

And Vskid, thanks for the compliment.

I should know. I destroyed my reputation a few years back, and left for 6 months, came back a different person. I apologized and changed my ways, and here I am. I think that is why I keep coming down on people, I want them to save themselves before they totally destroy their rep.

No hard feelings, it seems that I got my message to you, anyhow, and that is what matters. An apology always makes everything better!
