Garage Sales 2008 thread
I got a idea guys.
Since I'm the one who made this topic in the first place. I could could rename this topic to be just called Garagesales (since it's past 2008 now). Saving the hassle to have another thread like this made in the near future.
Anyone agree with this idea?

Well, I went to the local Salvation Army thrift store today and actually found something!
I found two classic remake TV games! One is a Namco Ms. Pac-Man collection and the other is an Intellivision one. My dad thought they were cool so he paid for them. Well, he won't let me take apart the Namco one (I don't blame him-it's fun!) but neither of us care about the Intellivision one. The games on it just aren't very fun. In any case it got ripped apart. Only a few solder joints saved it from total destruction.
I'll post more pics tomorrow.

Windows XP install CD just doesn't pick up the Hard Drive.
a quick google search found the solution, I just hope the solution works
I just need to order a new battery and power cord off Ebay, Amazon charges friggin' $80 for a battery for this laptop

This thing 3Dmark higher than a Alienware Area 51 m5550 with its 3D chipset, but the Alienware Area 51 m5550 edged out just a few marks in PCmark.
EDIT:
Fix is simple, XP SP2 just doesn't have SATA drivers, that is why it didn't recognize the HDD in the first place
