It is pretty sweet, palmertech is right, and it is actually really small!

Yes, think like, the size of a gamecube controller with a screen and a disc drive. You guys should have been nicer, now you will never see this incredible work of art.

take a wii, add the width of a GC controller and you got the portable. It's indeed not bad. It still needs some final touches and is not pretty just yet, but it has a lot of potential to be.

Thanks for the nice comments!

palmer, the first thing I thought of when you wrote sandbagging was teabagging from halo 3.

Ah, that makes sense now.

For those who do not know, sandbagging is the act of pretending to have lower performance than you really have; For drag races, sandbagging would be understating your car's horsepower, for example. I need to use more common terms....

SS is being way too hard on it, it is really nice, and will be SWEEt when ER gets done with the DD emulator.

Looks pretty nice, add some bondo, sanding, and paint and it'll look even better. The base is there, just needs some final touches.

I too have seen the video. Interesting. Really hope the DVD drive can be ditched in favour of a memory card, that would really be special. The DVD drive after all is the pain in the butt on a GC portable due to its thickness; so would be awesome if it became redundant.

SS i was wondering if you could post an edited pic of the 7.2v to 1.9v diagram.

I'm busy with my gamecube in a gamegaer (thickness x1.5) but i really need to power the cube with 7.2v

I'd like to, but I have to refer you to the datasheet. The general application is pretty straight forward.

if you extend the case. It won't look anything like a gamegear anymore, though. Check out his thread
