Not that it really matters but Bicostp is right.
It's illegal to circumvent copywrite protection to rip or make a rom of a game you own.
It's also illegal to upload a rom/iso to the internet or share it with a peer.
So technically it's legal to own a backup of a game, but there is no legal way to actually make or get one.
