How did you find BenHeck Forums?

Write your story how you came here! I got this idea from DarkSpyro forums.

Ok, so the average me is just looking around Hack A Day and I found Ben's first Xbox 360 laptop. That was a looong time ago... Then I migrated to Canada and found my PSone thrashed by the dumb airliner. Then I registered to find help on fixing it. :P

I signed up at POD before this existed but I don't remember how I found it, I think because of this http://nestable.classicgaming.gamespy.com/

I migrated here with everyone else when it opened, still haven't made anything.

I did see Bens first psonep in a gaming magazine a long time ago as well now that I think about it but I didn't realize that until just now haha. I think it was in the reader mail section and they showed a thumbnail pic, wouldn't be able to tell you which mag it was though.

Someone mentioned this forum when I was on the GP2x forum ages ago, so I had a look here and not looked back since!

I was just kinda messing around on the interwebz and I ran into this article in about 2003. I frequently checked up on Ben's work, and when his book came out, I finally got the balls to try it myself! After about a week of hacking and soldering, I ran into my first "problem" (of many to come, I might add) and signed up here. Those were the good 'ol days...

I bought an n64, to relive my childhood, and hook up all my gameboy color pokemon games to PKMN stadium 2. I got bored after a while, and I think at that time I had a hacked ds. Anyways I searched n64 modding and found marshallh's first n64p. I was inspired by it. I searched to see if there were more and found rpgt_nick's(is that his name?) and ben's. I found the forums on his site, and after beginning my adventure, I registered.

I don't know if you have acknowledged my existance yet marshall, but thanks for making that first n64p! It managed to bring me here!

I like this sort of stuff and have been occasionally looking at his site to see if he has anything new. That is while he was still at classic gaming. I finally joined the forums when I started my own SNESp (which I really need to finish).

*returns to lurking*

I don't remember who, but someone made a portable and posted it somewhere, mentioned Ben's name in his comments. I googled his name and found this site

I kid, SS, I kid. No clue who that Xiro dude was, but on the rest, I agree. Daguuy hated me! Then again, he thought all mods were Nazis, so whatever.

Oh, and good 'ol Jeff; how many times has he tried to return now, like 3?

I was looking up stuff on Ataris, can't remember what exactly, and found Ben's Classicgaming.com forum. After a few months Ben setup the now Benheck.com site and forum. I signed up after about a week or two, I"m currently member #20.
