Well its a long story so I will skip to what I need. I need a computer virus that will turn a computer into no more than a brick...There has to be no way of getting this computer back no way of fixing anything...I seriously want this to never work again!

I dont know what to do but open the HD and dril tiny small holes that are hard to see in the HD and Motherboard so they look like part of it and then close the HD case then close the computer
It will NEVER work again
*Disclaimer*Only use on your own computer no one else's
Make sure you have protective safety measures and to make sure nothing can be a hazard in the process-I can not take any responsibility in your actions

Is this for something you really shouldn't do? If so, you didn't hear this from me, and DON'T DO IT!!
The best sneaky way I can think of is to flash the BIOS with either a bogus image or unplug it halfway through the flashing process. However this could still theoretically be circumvented by swapping the chip with another from an identical motherboard, and it doesn't do anything for data on the hard drive.
Or if you don't need to be covert, take the motherboard out and snap it in two.
Or you could always remove the salvageable components and throw the rest away... I mean you could re-use the optical drive, power supply, case, hard drive, maybe RAM...

Cut random traces (small cuts of course) on the motherboard. Extract the CMOS ship, and if you can, reinsert it incorrectly, Mess with the front panel header, and how it plugs in- for instance, put the reset switch as power, and an led as power.
Unless you're looking for a way to break a computer that doesn't void the warranty, or suggest it was shipped unworking, I'd just suggest incorrectly flashing the CMOS chip or my method.

Soak in hot butter for an hour, stick it in the washer, then the dryer. After that, you need a large magnet, rub the magnet all over the parts. Then you need to push it down 2 sets of stairs, throw it out of a window, then take a car battery and wire the possitive and negative to random points in the computer. Lastly, bundle the thing up in 11 blankets and turn it on and wait 3 hours.
I %100 guaranty the computer will never work again.
Do not holder me responible if this
a.) Destroys your washer.
b.) Destroys your dryer.
c.) Rips your carpet/breaks wall/scratches wood floors.
d.) Kills a person.
e.) Gets you arrested for stealing a car battery.
f.) Burns your house down.
g.) Burns your blankets.
h.) Electrocutes you.
i.) Makes you run out of butter, and your mom makes you get more.
