What's going to be the new Nintendo handheld?

I agree with CTFan. Nintendo could easily produce a system with the best graphics and hardware, but what would be the point? Without spending all that extra time and money, they went(as in how many sold) much further than sony did. The 360 sold a lot too.(i blame the head start, but it would have produced the same thing) Nintendo is and has been going for innovation, over graphics and hardware, as they developed something much more than just an upgrade. the 360 and the ps3 are straight upgrades. sure, the ps3 has a tilt sensor of some sort, but that didnt revolutionized gameplay. the wii did however.
just my thoughts.

I despise the PSP analog stick and will simply not buy any system with that sort of thing on it.Kurt_ wrote:Yo momma so fat, she-
Anyways, one major flaw with the DS's design is it lacked an analog stick, or perhaps even dual analog. Many games used the touch screen as an analog stick, which I really REALLY didn't like. DSII will have an analog stick, maybe two, much like the PSP did.
IMO analog and portable just do not go well together, Nintendo may develop a new portable stick sort of thing for the DS2 which will prove me wrong, but I doubt it.

I've been trying to read this thread thinking I was getting people's opinions about the next handheld by Nintendo, but so far all I've read is about the current gen home consoles. What's going to be the new Nintendo HANDHELD?
I agree about analog and portable not going well. I don't own a PSP, but I've played one a few times, and I just feel like that thumb thing isn't actually doing what I'm telling it to. If they made it like a normal joystick, it would probably break by jamming it in your pocket or something. Maybe a retractable joystick? That could be fun.
If you're looking at this post and it was made before 2008, just ignore it.

Dual fangs
Soaked in venom
Designed with pollution in mind
With rip-roaring titles such as:
Luigi Fights Back!!
Legend of Zelda: Gannon Wins
Super Smash Brothers Cockfight
Grand Theft Kart : Murder & Violence(yayz)
I have spare time.
