I dont know 10 for shipping and they make you pay anouther 10 for insurance you could probubley find one in the same condition for less

It says nothing about having to pay $10 for insurance. It does say that it's +$10 every extra item for shipping though.

most likely just a small potentiometer adjustment, but like anything broken, that can't be said for certain.
